A couple of weeks ago, I took my vehicle to this shop for an alignment, tire balancing, and tire rotation, as recommended by Mercedes-Benz. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The work performed was inadequate. I later discovered that they had not even rotated the tires. Although they justify this by saying they did not charge me for those services, at no point did they inform me that the work had not been completed. They simply presented me with the price, and I paid it trusting that the requested work had been done. I had to return to the shop because my tires were showing extremely severe wear. Despite this, they insisted that their work had been done correctly and only offered me a free alignment. My driver was not willing to pay for new tires because of this situation, but after a lengthy discussion, I decided to purchase four new tires to rule out any other possible cause. I contacted the owner and asked if they could install the four new tires and perform the alignment again so we could verify whether the job would be done correctly this time. My experience with this shop was extremely disappointing. I brought my van in for an alignment and trusted that the job would be done correctly. However, only three weeks later, two of my tires were completely worn out due to what was clearly an improper alignment. I returned to the shop and asked them to inspect the vehicle. After checking it, they acknowledged that the alignment was not correct, yet they refused to take any responsibility for the damage caused to the tires. What was most frustrating was not only the poor workmanship, but also the lack of accountability and unwillingness to stand behind the service they provided. As a customer, I expected professionalism, responsibility, and a reasonable solution. Unfortunately, my experience was the opposite. I would encourage potential customers to carefully consider their options before trusting this shop with alignment work. Very disappointing customer service and a complete lack of accountability.

Best One fleet service was a life saver. We were traveling from Ohio to Florida. The day before we left we had our truck serviced all new tires, brakes and rotors. We made it to bowling green and noticed the rear axle hub seals were leaking. Its dark nothing was opened so we drove to the closest hotel and stayed. Woke up in the morning called Best One fleet service of bowling green and they were so nice and courteous... talked to a gentleman named Landis who was " we will try and do what we can for you go ahead and stop in." We drove there they got us right in fixed everything in less than 2 hours. The mechanic was Matt he explained to us what was wrong gave us the parts he fixed in a box and did an excellent job. The help and the kindness was beyond campare. We were able to finish our trip to Florida and we are so greatful to such a professional, knowledgeable, and friendly team there at Best One. We had a blow out on our rear tires heading from Nashville to Indianapolis. We called road side assistance and Best One was there within the hour and had us fixed. Ricky was our technician and he was great. Super helpful, quick and educated me on what to look for as new RV owner. Very thankful for their response time and professionalism.
